Shipping

JBJ items usually ship 3-7 business days after ordering.

Transit times will vary, but delivery can be expected within 2-5 business days after shipment.

Within 24 hours of shipment, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide at check out.

We ship using the fastest, most reliable method. Generally, smaller products ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger, heavier products ship via a truck freight carrier (e.g. Yellow Freight, Roadway, FedEx Freight).

Returns

Dream Fish Tanks will refund your purchase amount minus return shipping charges should you be dissatisfied with your purchase.

• You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days.
• The item must be returned in sellable condition in the original packaging.
• Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.
• You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
• There is no restocking fee charged for items returned in their original packaging.
• Refunds will be applied to same payment method used when original purchase was made.
