Shipping

Products from Midwest Tropical are custom and generally ship 5-7 days after the order is placed.

Transit times will vary, but delivery can be expected within 2-5 business days after shipment. 

Within 24 hours of shipment, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide at check out.

We ship using the fastest, most reliable method. Generally, smaller products ship via FedEx or UPS. Larger, heavier products ship via a truck freight carrier (e.g. Yellow Freight, Roadway, FedEx Freight).

Returns

Dream Fish Tanks will refund your purchase amount minus a 15% manufacturer's restocking fee, should you be dissatisfied with your Midwest Tropical Tank.

• You must notify us of your intent to return within 30 days.
• The item must be returned in sellable condition in the original packaging.
• Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Midwest Tropical.
• Refunds will be applied to same payment method used when original purchase was made after the item(s) have been received and inspected.

*Semi-custom or custom water features are not eligible for returns.
