For 12 months from the day of purchase, Midwest Tropical will repair or replace, free of charge, defects due to improper gluing of material or workmanship which causes leaks or, at Midwest’s option, replace the item. 

This does not cover scratches on the acrylic which may be caused by improper care as well as breakage of parts due to negligence in handling. These items are designed to be placed in a level and moisture proof area. Consequential loss or damage suffered by the customer, including animate or material objects, is not covered by our warranty. Midwest does not warrant the items against leakage caused by customer negligence including damage to the item if moved while it contains water.
